Non-Refundable Return Policy for Couples Experience We want all our customers to have the best experience possible, which is why we offer a variety of couples' experiences. However, we understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your reservation. Please note that our return policy for couples' experiences is non-refundable. This means that once you have booked and paid for your experience, we are unable to provide a refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but there are several reasons why our return policy is non-refundable. Firstly, our experiences require extensive planning and preparation, and once a reservation has been made, resources are allocated towards ensuring that the experience is of the highest quality.
